Electrophysiology and Cardiac Pacing
Badalona's Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital has been a pioneer in the implantation of pacemakers by cardiologists, starting in 1988. In 2003 we began to perform electrophysiology procedures and defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization devices implantations. The current unit of cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac pacing was constituted in the year 2010.
